A new kid on the block wants to jump into the wedding venue competition on Lake Martin in Alabama – and make a splash.

CHALLENGE 

Competition is fierce for prestigious lake weddings and other venue events. The event venue is exquisite and built on the lakeshore, but how to place them among their many well-established competitors?

SOLUTION

Position the venue and grounds as being just as elegant as competitors, and with as many services as theirs, but offer events at a more affordable price. Prove the staff’s ability to provide first-rate customer experiences and showcase the venue’s charity affiliations.

RESULTS

Immediate bookings upon launch, named Readers’ Choice for Best Wedding Venue in their county, and a myriad of future bookings that put them squarely on the esteemed lake-living map.

The client needs a new company name, brand, a digital place to view homes, and printed collateral to capture and build interest. 

 

They also need to show what the community will look like when completed and what homes are available to purchase. But why buy there?

Create a brand which pivots around home and hearth, neighborhoods, community, and city-adjacent living.

A not for profit, faith-based, financially sustainable organic farm that will house, employ and educate neurodiverse young adults needs to connect with HNWI donors and investors in this phase one of development. 

CHALLENGE

So Good Farms (SGF) needs to get the word out to investors and donors, interested parents of neurodiverse young adults, and orgs that work with those on the autism spectrum, ADHD and Down Syndrome.

 

SGF needs to provide large amounts of info for all above listed segments while still creating their permanent brand. Paramount to their success is also presenting how intricately their goods and services are dependent upon multiple, segmented, community involvement.
